Sinfest
One of my favorites by far, I've been following it for a while now. Its updated every single day, which is something you rarely see a web comic.

The Adventures of Dr. McNinja
EVERYTHING ABOUT DR. NINJA IS FUCKING AWESOME! CHECK IT OUT!

Minus
I loved this one. Every comic is painted on illustration board; she was selling prints at one point. Minus is probably one of the most original comics I've seen. It sucks that's its over...I hate that feeling.

Socks
I wasn't so sure when I started following this one, but it definitely grew on me. Its made by the same artist who does "Minus." (Ryan Armand makes a lot of good stuff so lurk his website)
