It used to be VG Cats, but it's probably Post Nuke, right now.
<a href="http://www.postnukecomic.com/">http://www.postnukecomic.com/</a>

looks interesting

yeah-- furry stuff, great....

Pearls Before Swine and Get Fuzzy are my favorite newspaper comics. It's a true shame we don't get a newspaper.

I don't look at webcomics as much but sometimes Cyanide and Happiness is brilliant.

I have Pearls Before Swine on my iGoogle page

first webcomic i read was Questionable content still think its pretty good but my favorite nowadays is Count Your Sheep on Keenspot or Last Blood

Omg you've just shown me my new favorite comic ^-^

I'd say Calvin and Hobbes :D

fantastic then

my favorite webcomic is concerned.
<a href="http://www.hlcomic.com/archive/">http://www.hlcomic.com/archive/</a>

I've got a few webcomics with the corners turned, but a few more noted ones are:

Questionable Content - Always fun to read
Darths and Droids - For those who don't know, a parody comic using the plot of Star Wars movies as a D&D campaign.
DM of the Rings - Like Darths and Droids, but set in Middle Earth instead.
Looking for Group - Fairly decent.

Im Still surprised that none has said my favourite yet.
I quite like CAD. control alt del is quite a funny comic.

Ok, people keep posting "Video Game" and "Internet Culture" comics, and I'm just gonna say:

Those are always horrible, worthless, and unfunny

Cyanide and Happiness on Explosm.net

I love reading Dinosaur Comics. My favourite has a discussion about a movie where the Earth suddenly stops spinning on its axis! That's a win in my book.

<a href="http://www.qwantz.com/index.php?comic=351">http://www.qwantz.com/index.php?comic =351</a>

Haha! Dinosaur Comics is great

<a href="http://xkcd.com/">http://xkcd.com/</a>

I feel smarter already
